What Citehall is
Citehall is an independent academic support service for adults studying online. It has no relationship of any kind with any university, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any institution named anywhere on this site. Schools are named because specialists here work inside their term structures and know what their rubrics ask for.
The work covers coursework support, the practicum and placement file, IRB protocols, capstone and dissertation supervision, assignment review, examination preparation and the weekly rhythm of a course.
The rule everything else follows from
Citehall coaches and reviews. You author and you submit. Every piece of work is delivered to you, in time for you to read it, question it and decide whether it goes anywhere. Nothing carries your name until you put it there.
This is why nobody here will log into a courseroom, sit a proctored or competency examination, attend a clinical rotation or sign a preceptor evaluation on your behalf. Those requests are declined rather than quietly priced, and being asked to hand over a student login should end your conversation with any provider, not only this one.
The reading, and then the price
Nothing is owed for the reading. Send the syllabus, the rubric and the state of the gradebook, and a specialist tells you what the work involves and what it costs. Four things move the figure: how specialised the subject is, how much assessment remains, how much of the term is left, and how much notice you gave.
A quote written before anyone has opened your actual course materials is a guess. You will not be given one here, and you should treat one from anywhere else as information about the provider.
Sources, and what backing a claim means
Every source supplied with your work is one you can open. Where a reference cannot be retrieved through your own library, it is replaced rather than left in the list. Where a claim cannot be supported by something citable, the claim changes rather than the citation being stretched to cover it.
Nothing here is offered as a way around plagiarism review or AI review. Where those come up, the answer given is provenance and, where your institution asks for it, disclosure. A provider offering concealment is offering you the risk, not the solution.
Dates, revisions and what happens when something slips
Delivery dates are agreed in writing before work starts, and work reaches you early enough to read properly rather than at the deadline. Written work carries one revision inside the following week, measured against the scope you approved. Anything a marker returns takes priority over anything new.
If a date is missed on our side and no replacement is agreed with you, the money for that portion is returned. That sits in these terms rather than in a conversation, which is the difference between a commitment and a reassurance.
Confidentiality
Records run against a client number rather than a name. Whatever appears on a card statement is deliberately uninformative. Your institution is never contacted. Specialists sign confidentiality agreements before any work reaches them, and no student's work is shown to another student, reused, resold or published as a sample.
Affiliate accounts
Affiliate accounts are open to graduates of Citehall whose region has an opening and whose profile fits it. Commission accrues on completed and paid engagements taken by people you introduce, and settles on the first of the month, or converts to credit against your own next program if you prefer.
Self-referred, fraudulent and charged-back engagements do not accrue. The figures shown on the affiliate page are what particular accounts earned in particular months and are not a projection of what any account will earn.
What is not promised
No grade is promised, by anyone, ever. Faculty judgment is not ours to control and a service that claims otherwise is telling you something about itself. Nothing here is a promise about admission, progression, licensure or board outcomes.
Where the honest answer is that the remaining marks cannot reach the grade you need, or that a deadline is not reachable at a standard worth paying for, you will be told that instead of being sold something.
